LEARD
Steve Leard is the co-founder and Creative Director of RANDL, a London based creative agency launching in 2012. He graduated from the Cardiff School of Art & Design in 2007 with First Class Honours, before starting his first job with Black Sheep in Cardiff.
In 2009 he joined Staziker Jones Design Consultants, specialising in Branding, Design for Web & Print and Book design, with clients from a broad range of sectors including The Central Illustration Agency, Lloyds TSB and Deloitte. Most notably he worked as part of the team that designed and published The Central Illustration Agency’s debut book License to Inspire, going on to win the Publishing award at the Cardiff Design Festival, shortlisted in the Design Week Awards and featured in Creative Review’s Annual 2011.
In 2011, he and fellow RANDL founder Ned Read left their respective jobs to travel South East Asia and China and are currently emulating one of their favourite beat generation authors Jack Kerouac by driving across the USA.
